How much can I earn?
Partners can earn up to 40% of the qualifying first-year subscription revenue generated by customers they refer or help close. Your commission rate depends on your partner track and contribution to the sale.
What does “up to 40%” mean?
Referral Partners, Sales Partners and Certified Partners have different commission levels. The highest level is reserved for approved partners who actively generate and support qualified sales.
How is a referral tracked?
A customer can be attributed through your unique partner link, referral code, submitted lead or registered deal.
What happens when I submit a restaurant?
Our team verifies the opportunity and confirms whether it is eligible. Depending on your partner track, Servio can manage the entire sales process or work together with you.
When do I get paid?
Commission becomes payable after the customer has paid and passed the applicable validation, cancellation or refund period.
What happens if the customer pays monthly?
Commission is calculated from collected monthly subscription payments during the eligible first-year period, paid as the customer pays.
Do I need to handle onboarding or technical support?
No. Servio handles product onboarding and technical support. You focus on the introduction and customer relationship.
Do I need a PFA or SRL?
Yes. To join the program and receive commission payments, you must own an active PFA or SRL that can issue invoices.
Is there a joining fee?
No. Applying to the Servio Partner Program is free.
Can I refer restaurants outside Romania?
Yes, where Servio is commercially and technically available. Eligibility can depend on language, payment, fiscal and integration requirements in the restaurant's country.
Can I use my own sales materials?
Only materials compliant with the Servio brand and partner guidelines should be used. Co-branded materials are available to qualifying partners.
